requirements, and possible risks for the development of the learning program.

I thoroughly analyze pertinent information, including

metrics, processes, and existent data.

I gather data from learners, evaluations, and established metrics

to comprehensively assess the quality and outcomes of the learning experience.

This allows for continuous performance improvement and consistent stable results.

I proceed with program development and deploy it using available tools

while maintaining consistent communication to gauge

the training's impact and learner sentiment.,
